1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding fantasy (the "Bot") to your Discord server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Use License

fantasy is provided as-is for use in Discord servers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot subject to these terms. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the bot.
• Use the bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the bot's infrastructure.
• Use the bot to spam, harass, or defame others.
• Bypass security features or intentionally disrupt service.

3. Server Moderators' Responsibility

Server administrators and moderators using the bot are responsible for:

• Configuring the bot appropriately for their community.
• Ensuring use complies with Discord's Terms of Service.
• Moderating content posted or moderated by the bot.
• Understanding the bot's whitelist and moderation features before deployment.

4. Data Retention

The bot retains data as described in our Privacy Policy below. Server administrators can request data deletion by removing the bot from their server (which triggers local cleanup) or contacting support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The bot is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. fantasyLabs does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service or uptime.
• Accurate moderation or content filtering results.
• Protection against all malicious activity.
• Compatibility with all Discord features or third-party bots.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fantasyLabs is not liable for:

• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Damages from misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party interference.
• Any service interruptions or outages.

7. Termination

fantasyLabs may terminate or suspend the bot's access to any server if:

• Terms are violated.
• The bot is used for prohibited purposes.
• Server violates Discord's Community Guidelines.
• We determine the server poses a security or abuse risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
